I've had an experience.
When it was my last year at school, I posted an important report to my supervisor.
I was on my way home from work after posting the report, but when I got a call from my supervisor, he got angry that the important document was wrong.
I was embarrassed and didn't know what to do, but as soon as I got to work tomorrow, I checked the documents and replied that I would process them first and give them to you again, and as soon as I got to work, I checked the documents as I promised.
As it turned out, I filled in the important figures of the documents incorrectly, as soon as I checked, I made the documents again and submitted them to my supervisor.
As I submitted, I told my supervisor, "I filled in the wrong numbers. I'm so sorry. But I'm glad you checked again and found my mistake, and I was able to prevent any big errors. Thank you."
That's when I realized that anyone can make a mistake, and if they do, it's important to acknowledge and apologize quickly.
