During the first meeting, the worst thing I think is that someone is not on time. Being on time is always important. Although someone is very close with you, keeping an appointment is a basic manner. Getting late could be a habit. Especially at the first meeting, if you are late, it can be rude and make a bad impression.

This is a make or break during the first meeting. Unless nothing life threatening occurs, arriving on time is a basic measure to mean that we respect others.

However in truth, people arrive or even cancel during the last minute and without considering discomfort or inconvenience on the other end. 

Congratulations  for getting all of your sentences correctly! I am so proud of your writing and grammar skills on this piece of writing. There are a few technical suggestions, please study them below.
