It is truly hard for me to stay calm and focused during conflicts rather than expressing anger.
Being consumed with anger caused me to relieve stress immediately, so the results were not good, even negative.
After I've experienced a lot of negative effects, I've become focused on fact, not emotion and think about logical sentences to convey to others.
As having conversation after a certain amount of time affects positive effects not only me but also other people, we can fluently resolve conflcts.
