From my experience, the most effective strategies for addressing conflicts with others are conversation and good listening.
Due to my personality, if something is wrong, I will solve problems with conversation every time, and do not hurt each other's feelings.
But, at this time, I should not criticize the others or hurt them with bad words.
It is also important to listen to what the others have to say to me beacuse it can relieve your feelings and give me helpful feedback.
In most case, this smooths out the conflict, but sometimes there are people who don't fit in well with me.
I recommend people who don't fit in with me to keep enough distance.
And there may be people who don't like me for no reason or just for "just" reasons.
I just have to ignore them without worrying too much.
Because those people are the ones looking for a reason to hate me even if I'm nice to them.
