Particularly, some foods whose expire date are short should be focused on such as milk or bread.
Because they easily go bad especially during the summer.
So attaching the label which can show their expire date is really necessary.
And employees should order the food as much as they need so that they can make their inventory almost 0.
Those are good methods for keeping food materials in my opinion.
