What things would you never let technology replace?

In the future, there will be many new jobs or disappear jobs become than now.
The reason is because of the development of technology.
These days, the talk of the about AI technology.
There are many people expect the many things will change because of the
development of computer technology.
The job that many people expect to survive is ironically need a lot of labor, for example jobs like a construction workers come to survive more other jobs.
Instead, they expect that jobs with a high value of money like a doctor,judge will be replace quickly.
Actually, I'm not sure what will happen in the future.
But, now days also too many jobs are still disappearing follow the development of technology.
