I am not sure I heard the question correctly because of my serious tension.
Based on my guessing, the question was "Tell me about hotel service quality.".

In my opinion, all of service quality are same among the hosipitality industries.
But the Key point is good service with real positive mind of hotel employees.
If employees offer the service with positive mind, the guests would be satisfied with their good service.
Everybody thinks the hotel service quality should be more attractive and friendly and welcoming compared to other industries.
Without positive mind, hotel employees can not make up for it.
That is the hotel service quality.

I agree with what you have written in your composition. Especially since most people expect quality service from the hospitality industry.
