I was so glad that you can check my answers from questions which were in actual interview before.
And thank you for teaching the word "Master".
I am trying to get the certificate to master my field of expertise anyway.
Here's the sentences I wanted to be checked.

Q: Can you tell me good things about Korean culture?

In my opinion, good citizen awareness would be a good thing about Korean culture.
Nobody doesn't care other's items whose owner is out of the sight.
That's the why Korean can go to the restroom easily even if they leave their belongings on the public space. And also CCTVs are installed everywhere nearby.

Q: What is the outsourcing ?

It would be another department compared to own department of head office.
The managers from outsourcing are eligible for managing by themselves but not for head office owners.
And head office can get the fee from outsourcing department because they borrowed the space to outsourcing.
