I was okay while I was reading your composition, not until I read about your bad experience in the latter part. It was annoying honestly! Knowing that they didn't apologize for wasting your time. If I were in your shoes, I would be in a bad mood the entire day. One of the things I hate is receiving bad customer service since I have experience working in the same field.
