Hello, T.Donna.
Fortunately, my headache was gone right after I took a tyrenol.
This morning, I took my kids to their school as usual, and then I visited Starbucks, which I bought two coffees, soups, and bagels.
My wife and I enjoyed a tea time, and then we went to a sushi restaurant.
There were not others at that time, so we enjoyed eating and talking freely.
Do you know Sushi omakase?
In omakase, we usually sit a table that surround the chef, and the chef makes delicious food immediately and we can watch the process of making.
Hence, omakase can make our tongue and eyes joyful.
Anyway we were satisfied with the food completely.
After the lunch, I took a nap, and then I attended guitar class.
Since I don't have any day off next weak(because of Dr.MJ's vacation), I tried to learn harder today.
Right after that, I did workout with my friend as before.
I ate a Jok-bal for dinner with my family.
Do you know Jok-bal?
And, I played a nintendo game as I planned.
I feel drained now.

I am glad that you solved your headache quickly. It is difficult to go by the day with some physical pain.

Nevertheless, it is so good to know about your itinerary and how you enjoyed executing each activity with delight and gusto. The omakase experience was one of a kind. The funny thing that you mentioned in class was the chef's remark on some parasites. ^^ I hope that was the last time you ever had to experience that comment from a chef. It seems that you devoured the serving after all. I am jealous that you eat very sumptuous all the time. However, the holidays are here in the Philippines, so, delicious food will abound again at home, weddings, and events. I got to run!

It is my first time to know that you took a nap. This is truly relaxing and you ought to have more of this during your day off to reset your senses and replenish your mind. It is sad that next week, you have to work for many straight days but it is the best thing to do.

Finally, having a hearty time with your daughters is priceless. I admire your for spending quality time with them.
