I wasn't be able to clarify what I wanted to say this morning.
The scrifice would be necessary for other employees to be leaded from leaders.
Most tasks are hassles.
If leaders try to do it first, it can make other employees to do by themselves as well.
That was what I wanted to say to you.

Equal service for every customers is very important in my opinion.
Even some customers who look poor are also guest. They have also qualification to stay in the hotel with payment.
Hotels are spending a lot of money for the advertisements. That is for people whoever visit. If hotels get people who look poor lower service, it can be affected negatively on the internet.

Even if you believed the expression was unclear, it seems like I understood it. Leaders must occasionally make sacrifices. right? Your response to my questions, on the other hand, was correct. Particularly since you stated that the advertisement is for everyone! Furthermore, we shouldn't judge a person only on their outward appearance. Some wealthy people do not dress elegantly. ^__^
