No, I don't agree.
Of course, I know the meaning of saying that you can't be happy when you're angry.
However, a person can get angry.
So it's important to be able to control your anger, to feel what my real feelings are, and I don't think it's good to say, "If you're angry, you can't be happy during that time."

주5회 수업 : 월 20회 이용 가능
주3회 수업 : 월 12회 이용 가능
주2회 수업 : 월 08회 이용 가능
