Hi Chammy.
I was able to memorize the word "normalize" this morning.
Whenever I talked about future, I got used to speak "release" instead.
For example, the automatic cars will be released in 5 years or it won't be able to released soon because new laws for the traffic are needed.
Now I realized the word "normalize" is useful to say it.
Thank you so much and I won't forget it forever.

Here is the homework below.
First of all, automatic service will be running by robots.
The robots service is already normalized in Japan.
Robots can help customers check-in and check-out.
All customers have to do is just pressing the button so that they can order the food and room service.
Many employees will lose their own job because of automatic system.
Now most of hotels are being managed by manpower however it will be replaced by robots.
That is the hotel industry like in many years from now.
