It was also nice talking to you this morning for me as well.
I was so surprised that I missed the word of "make" when I tried to say "I really need time to pass it.
I thought I didn't miss the word.
And also I realized to understand the question correctly. Now I know I have lacks of clarification.
So I will focus on the attitude and clarification of questions and pronunciation and trying not to miss the word.
I appreciate for your way to teach.

I think the excellent guest service means making them stay enjoyable and positive.
Even the small service such as getting them refilled water on their cup and greeting them and show their tables could be good service.
If they were satisfied with the service, they might think to visit the hotel again.
