Good morning Chammy.
I really enjoyed talking with you this morning because I felt like I can answer easily than before.
You taught me when I get the question, don\\\'t make atmosphere calm with saying nothing.
So I decided to say that \\\"Can you give me a time to think about it? or It was not the question I expected\\\"
That gives me a time to think and be ready. And it makes me feel better to reduce my tension.
Whenever I have some mistakes, feel free to say it.

What I have achieved by working in the hotel industry is that I can change my mind into the positive thing easily.
Changing mind is really hard work as everybody knows.
But in my experience, to survive in this industry I must think everything positively.
For more than 10 years, I have continued to try it.
Finally I made up for it.
That can not get with money.
No pain, No gain.

It's okay if you don't understand the question or you don't know what to say. Just stay calm. You can be honest and admit it. If you don't understand the questions, you may ask if it's possible to rephrase. Communication is important. Don't hesitate to ask for clarification from someone who is asking. With that, you could better give appropriate answers. 
BTW, I don't know but I always feel excited to read your composition hahaha... Your answer was good. Keep it up!
