On days when I don't want to exercise, I make a special opportunity for exercise.
First of all, I leave my house and walk around the nearby park with my family and go to the mart.
Sometimes, I eat delicious food to create an motivation to exercise.
Wouldn't it be killing two birds with on stone to eat delicious food and make an opportunity to exercise?
When I really don't want to do it, I think it's timee to rest and do light exercise, but I also wear earphones and stretch for a short time.
Oh, come to think of it, I haven't taken a break from exercising except for the reason I'm sick or injured since last February.
