Well, there's famous drunk driving in my country. Except for that, it's motiveless crime. There are no reason and no motivation to injure other people. Just, people who are drunk walk around somewhere to do it, only they got eyes contact. I guess they who did got experiences about isolation from society, solitude, and etc. On top of that, the anger that has been built up and suffered has been marked off. It sounds so sad.
