The phrase "follow your heart" mean I choose something I want more, when I think about my options.
Even if it is reckless, I can do anything if I could take responsibility. I believe more experiences make me grow.
And I think It is better to do and regret than to not do and regret. So when I have to decide to do or not to do, I usually do what my heart tell me to do.

The phrase "follow your heart" generally means "do something important to you," and it can even mean "do something important to you instead of something that appears to be the smarter choice."
Fill the mind with feelings of love, gratitude, and tranquility. This may be difficult at first if you are in a scenario that worries or upsets you.
