The author was a professor named Kim Nan-do, and the title of the book was 'It hurts because it's youth.' It is the title of the book atrracted my attention.
I read this book when I was a high school student, and I suffered physically and mentally due to grades.
Due to a lot of stress, I gained more 20 kilograms and got into the habit of binge eating.
I gained a lot of weight, so my self-esteem decreased, and I was depressed, my personality became sensitive, so I fought with my mom every day.
It was a book about self-development, but it helped me a lot to come across this book and control myself during my sick time.
I was able to accept my sick time positively and I looked back on myself, so I could be comforted.
Thanks to this book, I was able to overcome difficult times smoothly with comfort.
I am still trying to overcome difficult things positively, thinking funny, "Oh my gosh. Luckily, God thinks I'm still youth."
