Hello. T.Donna.
I was so worried if today will be hectic.
However, there were not too many patients.
Hence, I could do many administative work.
I am not sure whether this situation is good or bad, anyway I feel free from the pressure of my work.
As you know, I had a day off every Wednesday, and that's the reason there was not crowded at the clinic today I surmise.
As you stated before, I am somewhat diligent and consistent, but I really want to go outside and to eat and drink right now if possible.
As I mentioned before, I wish that I will live a country yard.
When I will be 70 years old, will it be possible? and if so, will I be happier than now?
I somewhat agree with your opinion that we should be busy to keep our mental and physical health.
However, we can do many things like chores, planting, and playing instead of stressful work.
There are many researches about the relationship between stress and health.
Spend your remainig today with happiness and peace.

I guess you are right. Since our patients and clients were used to Wednesdays without you around, they opted to skip this day. Maybe they will all be back tomorrow or on Friday. This also gave you some time to write me this essay in between your breaks. I apologize for taking too long to revert. As you know it, I am quite preoccupied during the second half of the day with chores and other activities.

Living a simple and a peaceful life is the dream of everyone reaching the age of 70. As we age, we are more careful in choosing people and things to pay attention to. Since you have worked so hard and will continue to do so for the next decades, saying goodbye to your profession will be your much needed time to build your country yard and just tend to your plants and animals. The vision of your future is tranquil, calm, and soothing.

I totally agree with happiness and peace as goals at age 70.
