But chocolate brownies wer bathed chocolate and done by kneading, in the final step, had to put them in the refrigerator to match the chewy viscosity.
Macaroons are mad with similar recipe, but I'm worried that it wil be difficult to make them.

When baking, pre-melting butter helps a lot.
Also, if you use salt butter, you don'y need to use salt because it tastes salty. However, salt butter can be high in calories and may taste greasy, so you could be careful.
