It is hopeless that many kids are abused and killes by their parent and relatives.

But perhaps it is advnced aspect that government investigate in detail the situation of child abuse.

I believe the parents should be phsically and mentally heanthy for their raising their children.

It is impossible to raise their children good in the extream poverty and depression.

Not all people have parental ability. People like them are worse than animals because an animal can love and protect its offspring but why can't humans? I don't understand. I agree with you that parents must be physically and mentally ready.
