Should university education be free?

In my opinion, the education cost should be more reasonable instead of free.
Because, first of all university education cost is too expensive.
There are many people feel the pressure because the cost of education.
Some people try to borrow money for education or get scholarships.
In addition, another problem is low quality education as much as the education cost.
And, low-quality universities in S.Korea are disappearing these days.
The reason why, their has problem like a cost, decrease in population.
To sum up, I think the cost of university education should be reasonable cost.
