If you have a lot of experience but are not flexible, you are likely to be tied to the moment, and if you are flexible but have no experience, you will be swept in the wrong direction.
However, if you have a soft and free way of thinking through various experiences, you can easily find your own pace while melting into change more naturally.

주5회 수업 : 월 20회 이용 가능
주3회 수업 : 월 12회 이용 가능
주2회 수업 : 월 08회 이용 가능
