My previous generation that it's my parents tends to devote for their company. For example, when the boss instructed you , you should follow it even if it's not fair. In addition that, you can't give them your opinions. If you did it, you can heard about you're a rude person. Just, you can't think outside the box. But, it has been changing since current generation. They want to make up for Work Life Balance. And they think the era of companies guaranteeing old age is over , So they feel that it's an era where they have to prepare for themselves.
