I think balanced life style is most important.
Not only doing exercise but also having healthy foods and taking a sleep reagulary should be done at the same time.
In my case, because I have to take care of my daughter and do housechore, I'm usually doing home fitnesss watching youtube and try to have healthy foods made by me. For example salad without sauce and law salt food. But I'm a working mom, I often eat delivery food also.^^;
