What do you think is the worst skin disease?

I think, The worst common skin disease is athlete's foot.
Athlete's foot is a kinds of skin disease that occurs in the foot and toes.
It's causes skin peeling, itchy foot all day, and make feel stress of life.
In addition, athlete's foot can spread to other people.
For instance, almost Korea men have to go to the army.
Sadly, many people had a athlete's foot in the army.
The reason is that they wear thick, heavy, and airless shoes all day long.
Even, some my friends had a athlete's foot when he was army.
Luckily, I have never been this skin disease.
So, I think, We have to keep our shoes and foot clean to prevent this skin disease.
