I believe that most people around the world might feel anxious, if they can't use their smart phone. It has already become normal to use apps ordering food. It is easier than making a phone call and picking it up when it is ready but customers have to pay extra fees for delivery services. Although, there are a lot of complaints about delivery fees, many people are willing to pay for it due to the convenience. We used to communicate at the offline meeting and then have a phone call if we have something to talk more. Some people preferred to send letters because of its unique emotional characteristic. People, especially, young people have fear to speak out their request directly but they are really good at express their all kind of emotions through text messages because they are born with computer skill and good at using digital devices. Young people explain that they can correct their messages any time and don't have to worry about mistakes during communication. it takes more time to ge
