Many people take care of themselves by exercising.

Most people who exercise have a more pleasant and brighter energy than those who don’t exercise.

Because I think exercise relieve their stress, secreted hormones give good effects and the physical strength and patience from exercising make them not easily lose their smile.

On the other hand, people who don’t exercise seem to lose their smile quickly because they get tired easily.

So, Let’s not lose our smile easily through exercise and live our lives more energetically!
