Yes. It's because if we should use the cell phone when we have to research or find some information. This way is comfortable to do it. It's because one of my school's rules is submitting our cell phone. And when we find something, we should use the cell phone. It is uncomfortable. So I think we should cell phone allow in the school.

I agree that cellphones should be allowed in schools. However, it should not be allowed when there are tests or quizzes because it can be used as a tool for cheating.
