When I worn-out, I try to not think of anything. But it's hard especially for me to focus on the present. Actually, I think I am burned out now. However, there are so many things to do and even I cannot rest because of the anxiety. If I don't move busily, the works never end even though I'm tired of my schedule. So I have to arrange my tasks to fulfill my duty. And then I can put down my burdens.
When I worry about something, I'm consoled by my family. Last weekend, I went to my hometown, in spite of the exams for this week. Also, I try to think positively like 'I can do it' and 'Time goes by' and it's not that easy. But I think this is a only thing that I can do and overcome the situation.
Furthermore, the most important thing when I feel nervous is does not overwhelmed by fear. Normally, the mind of fear is loom large against the real state. So, changing negative thoughts to positive could be the best way to pass through the slump.
