I think I'm a person who quite pursue healthy life style.
First, I tried to go to bed early compared to other university students. It's around 12:30 a.m. when I go to sleep and I usually wake up 7 a.m. It can help me to take classes in awaken state. Also, I feel better in the morning about starting my day more brightly.
Secondly, I don't lie right after eating foods. I have sufficient time to digest through walking or doing something. Even I avoid sitting on the chair because it also feels bloated. If I lie on bed after eating dinner, the foods will flow backward.
Finally, I try not to eat something after 6 p.m.. I seek the state of empty stomach for 12 hours but it's inevitable if I have dinner with others. I think it's one of the most difficult habits to observe. And nowadays, I eat desserts containing so much sugar and fats after 6 p.m. on the excuse of supplement of sugar for studying. I have to restrict the consuming of fattening food.
