What is urban gardening? What are the advantages and disadvantages of urban gardening?

Urban gardening is on the roof of building or on a balcony, without go to far away,
It is make a garden that I want.
Recently, many common gardens are built near the park.
This advantage is if my hobby is growing plants and if I live in the city.
It will be a good hobby.
This can also make me productive and give me a sense of psychological stability.
However, disadvantage is the manage should be often.
This is because if bugs occur, they can be transfer to other plants quickly.
In addition, have to manage temperature,
humidity, and water depending on the plant
it's more difficult then I thought it.
