Your question is good. these days, i'm just some depressed.
Because i'm fat after wedding. Before i marriaged, my body is ballanced and lean constitution.
But after i marriaged and didn't excercise, By so fast pace my body become fat.
My chin fat become also sagged (English word of person's body is very difficult)
Exactly, i must to do either excercising or eatting ballanced.

ft. The reason that i did our class without video cam is of course i don't have camera in my computer.
But second reason is you see only my fat appearance and don't know my younger appearance.
Then you'll think this is who I am. i'm never agree.
