Please answer the question:
What are the punishments for "overspeeding"?

When I dive on the expressway(Highway), I can find many other cars over speeding.
However, most cars have navigation systems it tell the driver where the speed traps(camera, bump sensor) .
As a solution, theses days the police use an undercover car to crack down.
This car have a good engine performance better than other police car.
So, it's fast catch up and crack down most vehicles.
Anyway, there are two kinds of punishments for overspeeding.
It is caught by the speed trap or directly by the police.
If catch by trap, fine will be give by home mail. There is no minus points.
But, if catch direct by the police, they will be give minus points and fines.
Slight overspeeding is low fine, but severe overspeeding is a big fine and big penalty.
If the minus points stack up more than 40 points a year, driver's license will be stop as much as
1point is 1 day.
