The advantage of making a phone call is that you can ask how your friends are doing from far away.
And the point is that simple tasks can be completed over the phone without the hassle of meeting in person.
I like that I can comfortably consult with the person who inquires over the phone even if I am not at the center outside of class hours during the center operation.
The downside of a phone call is that you can misinterpret your emotions by misinterpreting the tone of the other person since you only talk with your voice.
For example, if the other person is tired and the tone is blunt, it can be misunderstood that the conversation with me is in a bad mood.
