"The price of greatness is responsibility."
It sounds like "A great man is a person who has a sense of responsibility" or "A man can be a great man only when he has a sense of responsibility". Anyway, It means that responsibility is one of the best virtues to be a good or great man.
I don't like those kind of people who don't try to keep their wolds. Of course, people can't keep their words sometimes. But we do our best to keep it anyway.

I am so sorry for our today's conversation(I was mumbling and I couldn't answer properly anyway). My condition wasn't good this morning as I couldn't sleep well because of the chest pain. It was worse then yesterday. I skipped my Spanish class yesterday to take a rest. I think I need to go to the hospital tomorrow. I already had an appointment with a dentist tomorrow which means that I already applied to take a half day off tomorrow. So, before I go to the dentist, I will go to the hospital to find out the cause of my pain.
