I think the city have to offer some welfare. For example, the citizen choose one certain day for every weeks. And if he use public transportation that day, then government discount his fee. It feels like a game, so many people will get interest and the public transportation will be improved.

This is really a nice and helpful suggestion that can encourage people to take public transportation but like what we've mentioned in class, I think it will be difficult for the government to consider all its citizens.
