I have tried many things to stay healthy. First, I have kept eating healthy. If it is possible, I try to fresh food produced in my vegetable garden or in local. And I try not to eat any frozen foods or dishes with much seasoning. Three years ago, I stopped eating red meat such as beef or pork. So far I am still keeping my food habit as a pollotarian. Secondly, I do exercises consistently. Recently I began doing flying yoga along with phillatis. And I climb mountains with my husband. Lastly, I try to take a rest and relieve some stress or pressure .And I try to have fun or interesting experiences like traveling.
