When I get stress, I have a lot of anger in my mind. So I try to avoid meet people because I don¡¯t want to make them hurt from my words. One of my stress reliever is watching baseball game with delicious food. While the playing, I shout a cheerleading song. That makes me feel free even if we lose our game haha. Another way is getting some sleep. When I wake up with fulfill rest, I just forget about stress thing. Also, it¡¯s good for my health. But the best way is do not get stress a lot. So I¡¯m thinking positively, easily, and making smile a lot.
