I guess you already know it's to work out. But, I'd love to take about another thing without that. It's an way to think about positive things. Before I realized this, I always used to be depressed and I was a person who is negative. And than I disparaged and undermined others. That was a stupid to do. But now, I've been tried to find good points of others and I'm trying to be positive. :)
