Most cigarettes is addictive because of nicotine.
Once a person who smokes a cigarette want to do again regardless of his or her mind.
It becomes more severe whenever smoking again and again.
So person who want to quit smoking need something to help protecting against adictive property of cigarettes.
In Korea, there is the program for no smoking in national health care system.
It provides medicines, patches, and some fake cigarettes (not included nicotine) also for about 8 weeks.
Many smokers success to quit smoking according to this program.
In my clinic, I can also use this program for my patients.
But somtimes, so many smokers don't want to stop smoking.
They feel so happy and even fresh after smoking.
So most smokers smoke immediately after their meals.
I hate smells and smoke of cigarettes.
So I don't want to meet any smoker anywhere.
