Hi.
It's still pouring outside, cats and dogs.
However, there were enough patients in the clinic fortunately.
Regarding our staff, five new staff are staying with us.
At least, three of them will be reamained, I guess.
Meanwhile, Dr.MJ is sensitive today.
He was upset with the report of the managers.
Actually, I like two old managers, man and woman.
That's because they are so kind and diligent.
However, Dr. MJ seemed not to like them, because they are somewhat slow.
These days, I am thinking that there will be no one with him except me.
I hope this is my delusion.
I have a good empathy to all people, I think.
So, Dr.MJ's blame will make our managers be frustrated, and then they will resign in a few days.
I am getting sad.
I don't want to let any staff leave.
However, I predict that two old manager will resign with many scars in mind.
Regarding Korean traditional doctor, the goverment always stands on their side, because they sponsored many politicians a lot for a long time.

Your patients are like the rain outside-  so many, cats and dogs indeed. 

Employees tend to remain with a company until some force causes them to leave. The concept here is very like the concept of inertia in the physical sciences: a body will remain as it is until acted on by a force. This means that Dr. MJ's force through words can be too strong and make your staff uncomfortable and eventually leave. For as long as Dr. MJ cannot communicate his dissatisfaction well to your staff, the faster they leave your company. Without you, there will never be someone to keep everyone intact at work.

Truly and surely, your empathy helps you understand and relate to people in your work place. It improves your capacity to communicate with thems, to be part of a team and to better your leadership skills. So stay strong, do not be sad. However, I wonder when can Dr. MJ break the cycle of being irate quickly...
