Yes, I personally think that only a strong punishment should prevent the crime. You got a weak for punishment even if you did a lot of crimes, you want to do it continuously. But on the other hand, if you did a crime whether a serous criminal offense or not, you won't think to do it. So I strongly agree with that, a punishment will be strict in my country.
