We pay a cost for something or service so If we couldn't enjoy a right or If it invades your right, you need to complain someone or company.
For example, at the restaurant, when you are eating pizza and you find someone's hair inside the pizza not yours. You need to call the manager and tell her about the situation. You don't need to be rude or angry even if you're really upset. You just need to explain what happen and how you are feeling calmly. Therefore, they will be really careful when they cook and manage something in a sanitary so they are not going to make a mistake again. It is really good for both of them, the restaurant and customer.
If you complain some problems in a good way, It can be helpful.
