First, someone while I smoke is to spit. I know smoking is a bad manners, but I believe people as smokers should follow the rules like don't smoke in public area. And another bad manners that I really don't like is to hit my shoulder and then didn't apologize. I can understand that situation, but didn't apologize? I can't do it. It looks like they're rude and mean.
