It is difficult to get rid of habbits but some bad habbits are harder to get rid of.
I think watching cell phone so long time is so hard to change.
I am tired everyday because I wake up at 6am, go to the work, after I check out the work, I go to the fitness center,
play golf, and then I go back home. It is always 8:30-9:00pm. Then I have dinner and make some for tomorrow breakfast and lunch.
After I wash the dishes and take a shower, it is over 10 pm. This is my routine.
So I have to go to bed early, but that time, I start to watching youtube, Netflix and something else.
I always think I have to sleep.. I have to sleep... but I don't. Then I actually sleep when I can't bear no more time.
Next morning I always regret myself about didn't sleep early yesterday.
I regard the time that I did everything I had to do is perfectly my time.
So if I didn't use that time well, I pretend myself that I'm just a worker like a robot. It is the reason why I still feel hard to change my habbit.
