when I relax myself, I sleep in the washed bedding or I play the game.
also, I like to go to the sing room and the bookstore.
and I stressed or my feel like blue, I eat some food.

so when I get stressed, I have eat foods or play the game with someone else.
but if I'm not stressed up, I sleep in a washed blanket or I go to some where.

It is important to relax! Relaxation is about more than just gaining peace of mind. You will need to place a higher value on relaxation and schedule time to unwind in the midst of your hectic schedule if you want to improve your health and wellness. It is essential to know how to relax and find a method that works for you because there are so many benefits to your health from doing so.
