It is true that this system was inflexible and commanding system at the last government.

To purpose of limitting working hours is to improve the qualiyt of worker's life.

But actually even they have time, if then don't have money they can't enjoy their life.

We need nave flexibility that companies and workers can choose in working hours within special range.

I actually agree on the part that the government should provide flexible policies that will both benefit he worker and the employers. Sometimes, most policies give advantages to the company and the government but few benefits for the workers.
