Hi.
As expected, I had a hectic day.
In fact, there were not too many clients.
However, because we didn't get used to our new hospital, we couldn't do our best in worktime.
Fortunately, many patients who came to our clinic told us that they were very satisfied with the interior of the clinic.
Regarding my homework, I like two rooms.
One is a restroom.
I can go to my toilet anytime.
And, the other is the pole room, as you can guess.
I used this pole around 20 times today.
It gave me a fatigue of my muscles, but I enjoyed it.
Meanwhile, there was a bad thing.
It was about our chief manager who are supposed to quit this month.
Two managers wanted to resign, because a chief manager told them unkindly.
Our chief manager does her work very well, but she can't have a good manner to others.
Hence, I told her not to do works which were related to other staff.
She had a bad attitude to other staff before, so I tried to correct her defect.
But, I failed in the end.
I should go to bed.

It takes no time at all for someone to make up their mind on your business, so you¡¯ll want to make a good first impression. As it isn¡¯t always easy to show off your products and services immediately, your office design plays a big part. When someone walks into the business for the first time all of their initial thoughts should be positive and impressive, as it¡¯s hard to change them. You've done very well in this part.


Dealing with a difficult coworker is a delicate matter. You have the right to a peaceful work environment and the right to speak up for yourself as a CEO. Do what you must to keep the peace.
